Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.
Proof of purchase (such as order confirmation or receipt) is required.

Non-Returnable Items

Products damaged by misuse or improper handling.
Items not returned in original condition or missing parts/accessories.
Clearance or final sale items.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

Exchanges

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After that, we cannot guarantee cancellation as the order may already be processed or shipped.
